About Us

The Nonprofit Support Center (NSC) is a regional training, consulting, and resource center for board members, staff, and volunteers of nonprofit organizations.

Our History

Founded in 1995 under the auspices of the Santa Barbara Foundation and with the support of the James Irvine Foundation, the NSC became an independent nonprofit organization on January 1, 1997.
